Shengli Xinda New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shengli Xinda Company") was established in 1986, covering an area of more than 400,000 square meters. It is located in the beautiful Yellow River Delta, in Dongying City, Shandong Province, a new type of petroleum city in the People's Republic of China. It is a high-tech enterprise in the field of new materials, mainly involving two major industries: composite materials and corrosion protection. The registered capital is 482 million yuan.

Shengli Xinda Company's main products include: GRE high-pressure pipeline, GRE gas transmission pipeline, GRE oil casing, stratified injection pipe, flexible composite high-pressure conveying pipe, LNG receiving station composite material pipeline, glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline system for marine engineering and ships, GRP low-pressure pipeline, GRP reinforced plastic sand pipe, composite material power pole, large glass fiber storage tank, small glass fiber storage tank, composite material pressure vessel, composite material integrated prefabricated pumping station, composite material extruded profile, continuous sucker rod of composite carbon fiber material, high-strength composite material pad, high-strength composite material liner, etc. These products are exported to countries such as Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Oman, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Japan, India, and Pakistan. The company is a network supplier for Oman National Oil Company and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.

Shengli Xinda Company currently has 42 GRE production lines and 10 GRP production lines (capable of producing GRE pipelines with a maximum diameter of 1200 mm and GRP pipelines with a diameter of 4000 mm). For fiberglass container products, there are 25 production lines (capable of producing 1 - 5500 cubic meter storage tanks). For compression molding products, there are 15 high-precision frame hydraulic presses (with a maximum tonnage of 11000T). For extrusion products, there are 34 sets of production equipment with an annual production capacity of 3000 km, capable of producing continuous sucker rods of carbon fiber at a world advanced technical level.

The product quality of Shengli Xinda Company meets the requirements of domestic and international standards. It holds API 15HR and API 15LR certificates and has obtained API Q1, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, and HSE system certifications. The company is recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as the champion in the composite material oil transmission pipeline industry and a national intellectual property rights demonstration enterprise. It has a CNAS accredited national laboratory and has established provincial science and technology innovation platforms such as a provincial model engineering technology research center, engineering technology center, enterprise technology center, and post-doctoral innovation practice base. In recent years, the company has undertaken six national-level projects, more than 60 provincial and Sinopec projects, and more than 50 municipal and oilfield-level projects. It has led the formulation of nine national and industry technical standards. The enterprise is a AA-rated enterprise by the Credit Rating Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and a Shandong Province enterprise that keeps contracts and values credit.

Shengli Xinda Company currently has three industrial parks, namely the Sixth Industrial Park and the Seventh Industrial Park in Dongying, and the Karamay Industrial Park in Xinjiang. The annual production capacity of high-pressure fiberglass pipelines exceeds 8000 km, ranking first in China.
